First Day of Practice for 2025-26 Season is Monday, November 3, 2025.
Mon/Tues/Thurs: see team sports app (contact coach for more info)
Wed/Fri: see team sports app (contact coach for more info)
Practice gear: athletic clothing, wrestling shoes, mouthguard (see below), headgear, and water bottle. No jewelry, make-up, or long nails. Hair tie required or use hair net.
Headgear (issued by school) must be worn during practice and in competitions.
Mouthguard required during practice and in competitions for athletes with orthodontic braces. Optional but recommended for others.
